Nova Chat provides an AI-powered customer engagement platform, including automated chatbot responses, knowledge base management, human agent handoff, and real-time analytics. Our service is provided as software-as-a-service (SaaS).
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.

All rights, title, and interest in Nova Chat and its services, including all software, logos, trademarks, and content, are owned by Nova Chat or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide through our platform.
Your use of Nova Chat is also governed by our Privacy Notice. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Notice. We collect and process data necessary to provide and improve our service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle.
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
NOVA CHAT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVA CHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nova Chat operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
